The warranty period for POWERFLOW Control products is within two years from the date of product shipment.

Within one year from the date of product shipment, if any malfunction occurs due to quality issues with the product itself, Boliu Technology is responsible for free repair or replacement, and will compensate the buyer an additional 2000 RMB per occurrence.

Within one to two years from the date of product shipment, Boliu Technology will provide free repair or replacement for any malfunctions caused by quality issues with the product itself.

The above faults do not include product damage caused by improper use such as water ingress, oil ingress, high voltage, collision damage, wiring errors, etc.

During the warranty period, if the product is damaged due to improper use, Boliu Technology will issue a written after-sales service report and has the right to charge reasonable repair fees.

The above service terms are only applicable to customers in Chinese Mainland who purchase Boliu Technology locator products. The products shipped after September 1, 2017 are valid, and will become invalid after the new service terms come into effect. At the same time, the customer should bear the freight of sending the products back to Boliu Technology for testing and maintenance, and Boliu Technology should bear the freight of sending the products back to (domestic location).
